Tuna salad is an American classic, but sometimes I just don’t feel like having so much mayo. And frankly, the monotone beige mush isn’t always visually appealing. I decided to give tuna salad a facelift for my date in the park. Dressed up, served crostini style, I promise it’s undeniable and unforgettable, like California girls. Don’t laugh at me Katy Perry reference. =)
Californian Tuna Salad = more veggies, less mayo

– canned tuna
– cherry tomatoes
– red onions
– yellow bell pepper
– orange bell pepper
– pepper micro greens
– mayo
– honey dijon mustard
– salt and black pepper
